Intermediate Program Structure
Age: 8 to 10 years old.
This program helps the child master the technical and tactical fundamentals in a balanced development approach by putting him/her in a game situation adapted to his/her capacities (size, strength, speed).Child plays on a full long court with shorter rackets and Mid balls (lower bounce and slower speed). This will allow the children to have fun without experiencing a sense of failure.
Additional Program includes basic tennis related fitness
Training Days: Choice of 3 days or 5 days per week
