Beginner Program
Early Years Beginner Level program

Age: 5 – 8 Years Old

This program helps child Learn & develop technical and physical aspects through playful approach conducted in a group.

Training Days: Choice of 3 days or 5 days per week. 1 hour per session.

Beginner Intermediate Level program

Age: 8 to 10 years old.

This program helps the child master the technical and tactical fundamentals in a balanced development approach by putting him/her in a game situation adapted to his/her capacities (size, strength, speed).

Child plays on a full long court with shorter rackets and Mid balls (lower bounce and slower speed). This will allow the children to have fun without experiencing a sense of failure.

Program includes basic tennis related fitness.

Training Days: Choice of 3 days or 5 days per week. 2 hours per session.

Mid Intensity
Mid Intensity Advanced Program

Age: 10 – 14

This program designed to discover the child’s true potential of Intermediate to early advanced players. The program leads to the discovery, mastery, development of the technical fundamentals as well as the tactical principles that govern tennis.

Child will play in competitive situations adapted to his/her capacities.

Child can choose additional package covering specifically designed tennis related fitness, athleticism, nutrition and physio consultations.

During this season, the true potential of the child will be discovered.

Training Days: 5 days per week. 2 hours per session.

High Intensity Advance Program

Age: 14+

This program helps early advanced to fully advanced players to implement effective tactical schemes in game situations while emphasizing the technical development.

Players who wish to develop their potential and train like a professional will find this program most ideal.

Designed and supervised by experts, the program covers almost all aspects of player development covering game mastery, physical and mental preparation.
